Responsibilities

- Collaborate with surgical teams to support successful case outcomes
- Track and report sales activities and customer interactions
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Coordinate with clinical specialists for joint customer visits
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and product updates
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network
- Support contract negotiations with hospital procurement departments
- Ensure compliance with all company and healthcare regulations
- Deliver training sessions on device operation and safety
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer input
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports
- Build trust with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development of clinical case studies and success stories
- Facilitate product evaluations and trial programs
- Work cross-functionally with technical support and reimbursement teams
