Intuitive was looking for a Clinical Sales Manager

Intuitive, a team united by the purpose to make surgery smarter, safer, and more human, is hiring a Clinical Sales Manager. In this role, you will build and develop the clinical field sales team within your region. You will manage and direct the clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within the installed base, overseeing installations, training, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement clinical sales activities to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Expand clinical usage in all existing accounts.
  • Expand clinical usage by selling to and training new surgeons across applicable specialties.
  • Manage the training and education process within the installed base.
  • Lead the new system installation process.
  • Prospect for new system installations and upgrades to the existing base.
  • Provide the clinical sales team with new product information.
  • Work with training and marketing departments to implement new strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 10+ years sales experience, including 5 or more years in medical device sales.
  • A good role model of Intuitive's Individual & Leadership Expectations.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing a sales force in the medical device industry.
  • Strong background in clinical sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Remote field management experience and implementation of sales process platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment.
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.

Team & Environment

You will manage and develop the clinical field sales team within the region.
