As a Clinical Recruiter, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for licensed psychologists and therapists who are deeply committed to serving autistic and neurodivergent adults. What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles—from initial outreach to offer acceptance—with a focus on therapists and psychologists experienced in neurodiversity.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including personalized outreach and proactive research.
- Foster authentic, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals through transparent and empathetic communication.
- Partner closely with clinical leadership to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approaches to specific specialties.
- Ensure a seamless candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a respectful process.
- Verify state licenses, manage credentialing details, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Optimize recruiting workflows using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, adapting quickly when standard methods fall short.
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment, meeting hiring goals without sacrificing quality.
