Shape the future of neurodivergent mental health care by building a high-impact clinical team from the ground up. As a Clinical Recruiter, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for licensed psychologists and therapists who are deeply committed to serving autistic and neurodivergent adults. This role is central to scaling a compassionate, expert clinical workforce that reflects the values and mission of the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles—from initial outreach to offer acceptance—with a focus on therapists and psychologists experienced in neurodiversity.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including personalized outreach and proactive research.
  • Foster authentic, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals through transparent and empathetic communication.
  • Partner closely with clinical leadership to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approaches to specific specialties.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a respectful process.
  • Verify state licenses, manage credentialing details, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Optimize recruiting workflows using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, adapting quickly when standard methods fall short.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment, meeting hiring goals without sacrificing quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within healthcare or clinical settings.
  • Strong ability to connect with medical professionals and build trust through genuine engagement.
  • Skilled in researching and identifying licensed clinicians across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Comfortable using data and recruiting tools to track progress and improve outcomes.
  • A proactive mindset—able to troubleshoot challenges, iterate on strategies, and know when to seek support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards like Indeed.
