Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed budget proposals in Excel using institutional cost and charge data, evaluating clinical trial protocols to deliver counteroffers that align with financial benchmarks
  • Engage in negotiations with sponsors and contract research organizations to secure favorable budget terms while fostering long-term collaborative relationships
  • Track and report the status of assigned budgets to executive leadership with clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate proactively with clinical teams and management to clarify protocol requirements, standard of care practices, and billing considerations impacting budget development
  • Perform additional tasks as required by leadership
