Role Overview
The Clinical Application Specialist serves as a clinical educator, focused on training healthcare professionals in the proper use of medical technology. This position plays a key role in improving clinical adoption and ensuring users understand both the technical and practical benefits of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and clinical resource for healthcare teams, demonstrating product applications in real-world settings
- Deliver in-person and remote training sessions tailored to clinical workflows and team roles
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to support product demonstrations and customer onboarding
- Develop and maintain training materials that align with clinical best practices
- Support product setup and evaluation in clinical environments
- Deliver continuing education and non-credited training sessions to clinicians
- Represent the company at regional and national medical conferences and events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead clinical training in hospital or care delivery settings
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, with over 60% of time spent on overnight trips
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours based on clinical team availability
- Residence in or near Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Orlando required
Work Environment
This is a remote-based role with significant travel across Florida and surrounding regions. The schedule must accommodate clinical training needs, which may include evenings and weekends. The position requires reliable transportation and readiness for frequent overnight assignments.
