As a Senior Engineer/Architect in Client Technology Software Engineering Assurance, you will lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of advanced software systems. Your role centers on translating complex business and technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions while ensuring strict adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the design, implementation, and ongoing support of large-scale software or infrastructure initiatives, applying deep technical knowledge and hands-on development expertise
- Ensure solution architectures fully align with both user needs and organizational objectives, validating technical feasibility and long-term sustainability
- Resolve high-level technical challenges across the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and system optimization
- Advance the use of emerging technologies by evaluating and integrating AI-driven components such as language models, embedding systems, and agentic workflows
- Establish and refine evaluation frameworks for AI models, implementing performance metrics, A/B testing, and benchmarking strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to promote technical excellence and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Lead project teams by setting clear technical direction, defining accountability structures, and fostering a culture of innovation and discipline
- Enforce consistency in CI/CD pipelines, code management, and configuration practices using tools like GitHub and Azure DevOps
Qualifications
You bring over a decade of hands-on experience in software or platform engineering, with advanced proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, or Python. A degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or a related field is preferred. You have a proven track record in delivering scalable solutions using modern DevOps practices and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Required expertise includes CI/CD workflows, NLP applications (including similarity matching and information retrieval), and the design of autonomous systems that integrate AI models with external tools. Familiarity with cloud certifications (Microsoft, Google, AWS) and agile delivery methods is a strong advantage.
