About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide timely and accurate support to clients, manage inquiries through multiple channels, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date customer account information
