Cynet Health was looking for a Client Success Manager - Locum Tenens

The Client Success Manager at Cynet Health is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of healthcare accounts across clinical and nonclinical settings. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting internal recruiters, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and performance monitoring.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong client relations and effective working relationships with clients
  • Engage with clients regularly and obtain exclusive deals and heads-up on open job orders
  • Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them
  • Review recruiter submissions for compliance with facility requirements
  • Reverse market Physicians and APPs to all clients in the portfolio
  • Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards
  • Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry events
  • Process assignment and contract changes and extensions, renewals, and terminations
  • Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and provider issues
  • Build a relationship and good rapport with all physicians and APPs and ensure high retention rate
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
