Shape client success through learning and strategic partnership. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding to renewal and beyond. Your focus will be on building strong, consultative relationships that drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention of the learning platform.
You bring hands-on experience in Learning & Development, with a proven ability to design and assess training initiatives. You’ll use this background to advise clients on structuring effective learning programs, measuring impact, and aligning outcomes to business goals. Your insights will help clients realize clear ROI from their investment.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through their lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal—with a focus on continuous value delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, using your L&D expertise to support clients in building and refining learning strategies.
- Monitor client health, identify risks, and lead action plans to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Deliver training and best practice sessions to increase platform utilization and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Support, Product, and Professional Services—to ensure client needs are met.
- Spot opportunities for growth and route them to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records and client documentation in internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years in B2B SaaS, preferably in LMS, HR tech, EdTech, or learning solutions.
- Professional experience in Learning & Development, including program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Ability to connect learning activities to business metrics such as engagement, adoption, and ROI.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging at executive levels.
- Business acumen and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in project and time management, with experience in SaaS environments and core web technologies.
Experience with tools like ChurnZero, Salesforce, JIRA, or Zendesk is a plus, as is background in change management, instructional design, or L&D consulting. You’ll work in a fully remote environment with flexibility and support for your well-being and professional growth.
