Client Strategy Manager
Role Overview
As a Client Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes through our research and analytics solutions. You'll act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients to extract maximum value while identifying pathways for expansion and renewal. This position works closely with Business Development to align client goals with product capabilities, supporting sustainable growth in a data-driven investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients by applying in-depth product knowledge to their unique needs
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, offering insights and recommendations that support client objectives
- Represent client interests across internal teams to influence product direction and service improvements
- Design and implement strategies to increase engagement and expand account footprint
- Build connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers to strengthen partnership longevity
- Lead renewal processes from initiation through close, ensuring seamless transitions
- Uncover and act on opportunities to grow contract value through strategic upselling
- Help shape evolving best practices within the Client Strategy function
- Position yourself for future leadership roles, including potential progression into Business Development or team management
Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in research, analytics, or financial services
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships that support retention and growth
- Dedication to client success, with genuine interest in investment research and market dynamics
- Skill in identifying high-impact opportunities and turning them into actionable outcomes
- Capacity to manage a large portfolio of clients with a high level of personal attention
- Self-motivated mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Drive to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of data-centric investment research
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary up to $110,000, with an annual retention bonus of up to $40,000 targeted. Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal benchmarks. Additional offerings include:

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with team presence in NYC, Austin, Miami, Mountain View, and Denver. Fully remote work is permitted within the United States. Please note that work performed outside NYC may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
