Requirements
- Own relationships, strategy, and delivery excellence for multiple cornerstone municipal water utilities in the region.
- Partner with technical, operations, and marketing teams to drive sustained growth in drinking water, wastewater, conveyance, and water resources.
- Combine market strategy, seller-doer leadership, and technical credibility in urban conveyance and treatment.
- Position AECOM as the partner of choice.
- Lead strategic account planning including relationship mapping, annual/quarterly growth plans, and opportunity roadmaps.
- Own capture from pre-positioning through negotiation, including setting win themes, shaping scope, building pursuit teams, guiding solutioning, and ensuring compelling, compliant, and client-aligned proposals.
- Drive portfolio growth through building a high-quality pipeline, forecasting and prioritizing pursuits, improving hit rates, and coordinating go/no-go decisions with leadership.
- Partner with technical leaders to deliver excellence across planning, design, and program delivery for conveyance and treatment in dense urban systems.
- Anticipate market drivers and translate them into client strategies and offerings.
- Champion client satisfaction by setting expectations, maintaining governance rhythms, closing feedback loops, and proactively resolving issues.
- Inspire and coach seller-doers, capture managers, and marketing partners; foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Advance AECOM differentiation through digital delivery, asset management, program management, and sustainability/resilience solutions.
- Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and timely reporting aligned to regional business targets.
- Work independently with executive-level poise and exceptional written and verbal communication.
