About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships by addressing concerns, monitoring account health, and delivering tailored solutions to support retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor client accounts for signs of dissatisfaction or disengagement
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and feedback
  • Identify at-risk accounts using performance metrics and usage patterns
  • Develop and execute retention strategies for clients showing churn signals
  • Collaborate with support and account management teams to resolve issues
  • Track and report on client retention rates and churn reasons
  • Escalate critical client concerns to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes
  • Use CRM tools to log communications and update client profiles
  • Provide input on product or service improvements based on client feedback
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries related to service continuity
  • Educate clients on features and resources to increase product adoption
  • Follow up on unresolved support tickets impacting client experience
  • Analyze trends in client behavior to anticipate future needs
  • Support onboarding teams during transition phases to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Participate in retention-focused campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate with billing and finance on payment-related concerns
  • Gather testimonials and success stories from satisfied clients
  • Assist in developing client health scoring models
  • Contribute to post-churn analysis to identify improvement areas
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication policies
  • Stay updated on industry trends affecting client expectations
  • Attend training sessions to improve retention techniques
  • Work across time zones to support a global client base
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all client interactions
