Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a designated group of clients and manage ongoing relationships.
- Schedule and conduct routine check-ins to ensure client needs are met and expectations are aligned.
- Monitor service metrics, support ticket patterns, and client activity to anticipate issues.
- Work closely with technical teams to facilitate timely resolution of client issues and consistent service delivery.
- Recognize and report potential upselling or expansion opportunities to senior management.
- Oversee contract renewal processes and assist with updating agreements.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and coordinate smooth transitions to technical teams.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, tasks, and updates in internal systems.
