Requirements
- Substantial experience working within a Digital Transformation, technology consultancy partnering with enterprise size organisations selling and managing projects across the digital technology spectrum.
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Build collaborative and trusting relationships internally across the organisation. Being visible and attentive.
- Understand the client’s business challenges, needs, and goals to deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring open and effective communication between the clients and Valtech.
- Offer clear and concise strategic guidance both internally and externally backed up by experience and rigour.
- Responsible for driving the strategic growth of your accounts – creating and implementing account plans, strategically identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering compelling proposals that help drive value for our clients and revenue for the agency.
- Working with senior teams across the business, to ensure alignment on your Account Plans, to be the figurehead for your accounts and to ensure that the team are all working together towards the same goals
- Attentive, proactive, and capable of acting on your own initiative
- Organised and able to manage conflicting priorities with urgency and proactivity
- Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a cross functional team

- Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences when needed
- Engaging communicator who can break down and understand technically complex topics to a wide audience
- Strong presenter who can seamlessly sell strategic ideas and solutions
