Responsibilities
- Lead real-time observational sessions with clients to capture active workflows
- Proactively pinpoint critical, high-impact activities without client prompting
- Transform unstructured inputs like notes, recordings, and verbal streams into standardized procedures
- Review email inboxes, schedules, and digital platforms to identify immediate delegation opportunities
- Produce a working standard operating procedure within two days of onboarding
- Collaborate in-person with virtual assistants to ensure seamless task transfer and execution
- Convert video messages, audio clips, and informal notes into precise, actionable steps
- Uphold client confidence regarding data access, security protocols, and office management systems
- Drive early client results, pace, and progress from start to finish
Work Arrangement
