About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service by proactively addressing needs, managing communications, and ensuring client satisfaction within the social media vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
  • Monitor client accounts for engagement opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on client goals
  • Track and report on client engagement metrics

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies
  • Contribute to client retention initiatives
  • Participate in client check-in meetings
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Document client interactions thoroughly
  • Stay updated on social media trends
  • Support campaign launch coordination
  • Assist in preparing client status updates
  • Promote best practices in client engagement
  • Use data to inform client recommendations
