Visa is looking for a Client Consulting Manager to join its Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) division, the company's internal consulting arm. In this manager role, you will lead and deliver high-impact consulting projects for clients in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, producing tangible results through rigorous data analysis, insight generation, and strategic guidance.
What You'll Do
- Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients for future work.
- Manage multiple priorities across various workstreams and projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the main contact point for client and internal inquiries.
- Transform problem statements into actionable proposals with guidance from leadership.
- Participate in developing frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that address impactful client opportunities and challenges.
- Build solutions and measurable insights to help clients grow their portfolios and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, risk, and innovation, and across global regional teams to execute projects.
- Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and provide strategic mentorship.
- Perform client-specific analysis on portfolio data including customer demographics, activity, spend levels, behavioral scores, and financial information.
- Own the delivery of detailed data gathering, analysis, insight generation, and the formulation of strategic and practical recommendations.
- Lead and deliver projects for clients in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
- Deliver internal projects, analyses, and reports.
- Participate with Visa internal teams in regular strategic and planning discussions.

You will work within the Central European Consulting team as part of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA).
