Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client phone calls promptly and courteously
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients about services and processes
- Document client interactions thoroughly in the company system
- Assist with data entry and record maintenance
- Support billing procedures by preparing invoices in QuickBooks
- Respond to client inquiries via phone with a focus on resolution
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when needed
- Maintain up-to-date client account information
- Follow up on outstanding client matters in a timely manner
- Assist with organizing digital files and records
- Process client payments and apply them correctly in QuickBooks
- Verify transaction details for accuracy before finalizing
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs
- Adhere to company protocols for call handling and data privacy
- Manage high call volume while maintaining service quality
- Identify recurring client questions and suggest process improvements
- Support onboarding of new clients through guided phone sessions
- Ensure compliance with financial documentation standards
- Maintain professional tone and demeanor during all interactions
- Track time and activities as required for reporting purposes
Nice to Have
