Culina Group is hiring a Class 1 Driver

Responsibilities

  • Delivering palletised goods to regional distribution centres across England and Wales
  • Collecting palletised stock from local/regional suppliers
  • Trunking stock to and from other Culina group sites
  • Driving for top-tier clients with limited handball
  • Occasionally sleeping overnight in a vehicle (with generous allowances)

Requirements

  • LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digicard required but not essential as we will train you.
  • A great attitude and commitment to safety

Work Arrangement

Remote (City/Region) — Poplar Way East, Bristol BS11

Additional Information

  • Shift pattern: 5 on 3 off
  • Start windows: 15:00-18:00, 18:00-21:00, 21:00-00:00, 00:00-03:00
  • Premiums for weekend work: £1,000/year for Saturday or Sunday, £2,000/year for both
  • Shift premiums: £10 per shift (12:00–19:59), £15 per shift (20:00–03:59)
  • Compensation pay after 11 hours
  • Night out allowance
  • Safe driving bonus
  • Overtime available

  • Eligible for Microlise Driver Of The Year Awards
