WNS Global Services is hiring a Claims Handler - Office Based Role ( Local Glasgow Applicants only)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance claims from start to finish.
  • Gather and verify information from claimants and other sources.
  • Assess and evaluate claims to determine validity and coverage.
  • Calculate and process payments to claimants and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report fraudulent claims to the appropriate authorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all claimants and policyholders.
  • Handle high volumes of claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the claims process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the claims handling process.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and service level agreements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on claims status and progress.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new claims handling procedures.
  • Support team members in resolving complex claims issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all claims.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
