Responsibilities
- Design stormwater management systems and drainage solutions
- Prepare engineering drawings and construction documents
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
- Support permitting for water-related infrastructure
- Review site plans for compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Perform calculations for floodplain analysis
- Develop grading and erosion control plans
- Assist in environmental compliance reporting
- Coordinate with local agencies on project approvals
- Evaluate watershed impacts from development
- Create flood mitigation strategies
- Manage design changes during construction
- Ensure designs meet safety and code requirements
- Use CAD and GIS software for mapping and design
