Responsibilities
- Preparation of hydrology & hydraulic calculations
- Developing hydrologic and hydraulic models
- Preparing permit applications
- Utility designs
- Grading and drainage plans
- Assisting with preparation of calculation packages to support completion of design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, alternatives analysis, technical memoranda, and design documentation reports
- Providing project leadership in the areas of design, investigation, analysis, and construction of water management systems
- Supporting hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and drainage/civil design
- Preparing and reviewing working drawings, plans, cost estimates, studies, reports, and other work products
- Analysis and design of stormwater drainage system, hydraulic structures, and roadway drainage systems
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong design skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Capable of performing independent tasks
