Responsibilities
- Act as the main support to the lead signaling specialist within the General Consultant team
- Authorize contractor design submissions and oversee the signaling system lifecycle from production to commissioning
- Work jointly with senior leadership to define and confirm technical system requirements
- Conduct thorough evaluations and official approvals of all hardware and software designs from the Design-Build Contractor
- Oversee manufacturing processes and lead Factory Acceptance Testing to verify compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage the on-site assembly and installation of signaling infrastructure for both trackside and onboard systems
- Direct Site Acceptance Testing, system integration trials, and safety validation to enable operational handover
