Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy Project and Director in managing E&M construction activities for underground systems.
- Lead initial meetings with E&M contractors to establish work methods and project schedules.
- Evaluate contractor progress regularly and propose corrective actions if project milestones are at risk.
- Manage the supervision team to maintain compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and approved designs.
- Help the client coordinate with external stakeholders including authorities, utility providers, and local communities.
