Responsibilities
- Own the fintech product direction end to end, from concept and roadmap to launch and further scaling
- Define the launch strategy for a new PSP product, including product scope, implementation approach, and rollout priorities
- Build and defend a realistic roadmap for product launch, with a strong focus on execution speed and business impact
- Lead product setup from zero, whether through building the solution internally or adapting an existing product for target markets
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on commercial impact, payment conversion, and operational value
- Drive key payment performance metrics, including approval rate, routing, and cascading logic
- Optimize checkout flows, reduce payment friction, and improve conversion across different GEOs
- Work closely with external partners, including PSPs, banks, and antifraud providers
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and structured tasks for delivery teams
- Build and lead a cross-functional team across Product, Analytics, UX/UI, Payments, and Operations
- Shape the operational setup around the product, including controls, processes, ownership, and collaboration with finance
- Navigate ambiguity, remove blockers, and drive product execution in a complex cross-functional environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fintech
- Proven experience launching a fintech or payment product from scratch
- Strong understanding of payment performance and transaction optimization, including approval rate (AR), routing, and cascading logic
- Strong understanding of checkout experience and conversion improvement, including user flow design, friction reduction, and payment step optimization
- Solid understanding of compliance and GEO adaptation, including KYC / AML requirements and localization of payment journeys for different markets
- Experience working with external partners such as PSPs, banks, and antifraud providers
- Experience building launch roadmaps and leading product rollout from zero
- Experience managing teams of around 15 people
- Strong leadership and ownership mindset
- Strong resilience and ability to achieve results despite pushback, uncertainty, or limited structure
- English level: B2+
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian, Grafana, and Tableau

- Experience working with Tier-3 markets
- Experience in high-risk fintech or payment environments
- Experience building or adapting PSP, wallet, checkout, or antifraud products
