Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as a key architect of operational strategy and execution within a fast-evolving blockchain ecosystem. In this leadership role, you will ensure that strategic goals are consistently translated into structured, scalable operations across global teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations, integrating functions in finance, legal, HR, and treasury to support organizational growth and compliance
- Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects across technical and non-technical domains, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
- Develop and refine operational frameworks, project management systems, and internal processes to enhance agility and scalability
- Strengthen communication and coordination across distributed teams, ensuring visibility and alignment on priorities and progress
- Collaborate with financial leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to support long-term sustainability
- Oversee vendor partnerships, from selection and negotiation to performance evaluation and relationship management

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in senior operational or business leadership roles within complex, high-growth environments
- Proven experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency ecosystems, with deep familiarity with technical, regulatory, and market dynamics
- Track record of delivering large-scale initiatives involving diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience designing processes that increase organizational speed, clarity, and efficiency
- Strong financial literacy, with hands-on involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Experience working in remote-first, globally distributed teams
- Skilled at solving complex problems with a blend of innovation and practical execution
- Operates effectively in uncertain or fast-changing environments, bringing structure and momentum
