About the Role
This role serves as a key advisor and operator for the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring strategic priorities are executed efficiently and that operational functions are aligned across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-priority projects across departments to ensure timely execution
- Act as a liaison between the COO and other leadership teams
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics for operational functions
- Prepare executive-level briefings and presentations for leadership review
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
- Lead special initiatives assigned by the COO
- Facilitate communication between departments to align on strategic goals
- Manage the COO's calendar and prioritize commitments
- Track progress on strategic objectives and report findings
- Support organizational planning cycles including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure follow-through on decisions made in leadership meetings
