Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's OKR framework, including weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and ensuring team accountability.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Design and maintain internal operating rhythms, including planning cycles, dashboards, calendars, and follow-up processes.
- Consolidate and distill information from across the organization for executive leadership and the CEO.
- Champion strategic cross-functional projects that advance top company priorities.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for executive leadership meetings, board updates, and company-wide communications.
