Activate Talent is hiring a Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the founder on day-to-day business priorities
  • Help build and refine organizational structure and internal processes
  • Support launch preparation across business operations
  • Coordinate with external vendors and help manage key relationships
  • Create systems to keep projects moving and teams aligned
  • Build decks, presentations, and planning materials for internal and external use
  • Identify tools, workflows, and operating rhythms that improve execution across the business

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Chief of Staff experience
  • Strong project management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presence and confidence
  • Comfortable challenging ideas and providing thoughtful pushback when needed
  • Highly organized and able to operate in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Able to work across strategy, operations, and execution

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a founder or leadership team in an early-stage company
  • Exposure to consumer brands, beauty, CPG, or product launch environments
  • Experience building processes from the ground up
