Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that directly supports company growth, revenue, and OKRs, ensuring all initiatives are tied to measurable business outcomes and optimised through clear KPIs.
- Elevate brand positioning and identity, staying ahead of market trends, buyer behaviours, and the competitive landscape through robust market research and competitor analysis.
- Champion AI integration across marketing to enhance efficiency, impact, and personalisation, while developing compelling narratives that articulate the value of our AI-powered platform to all stakeholders.
- Strategically manage the marketing budget for maximum ROI, and build, lead, and scale a high-performing team that thrives on experimentation and data-led decision-making.
- Ensure legal and compliance adherence for all marketing activities, and partner closely with Sales to align messaging, accelerate pipeline, and optimise conversion.
- Serve as a core executive team member, contributing to broader business planning and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, with demonstrable success in scaling marketing functions and directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Possess a deep understanding of today's dynamic marketing landscape—from demand gen fatigue and SEO shifts to AI-disrupted buying behaviour.
- Lead with an AI-first mindset across content, campaigns, operations, and team design, moving fast, automating aggressively, and testing relentlessly.
- Have proven experience marketing data-driven and AI-powered products, clearly communicating complex capabilities to a commercial audience, and embedding AI into marketing workflows for personalisation, performance optimisation, and customer insights.
- Balance performance and brand to optimize pipeline creation across paid, organic, and content channels.
- Shape our multi-product narrative, refine our post-merger value proposition, and ensure a consistent brand identity across every customer touchpoint.
- Create content that ranks, resonates, and drives action.
- Turn customers into advocates, with programs that support retention, expansion, and brand equity.
- Be fluent in attribution, campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and efficiency KPIs.
- Possess strong analytical skills, adept at separating signal from noise to prioritise and act, ensuring all marketing activity is continuously optimised.
- Attract, build, and lead high-performing marketing teams (in-house or agencies), foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, create operational clarity, and hold high expectations—raising the bar for marketing and the company as a whole.
- Be adept at engaging both internal and external audiences.
- Excel in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, partnering closely with Sales to align messaging, accelerate pipeline, and optimise funnel conversion.
