Responsibilities
- Set and communicate a clear, future-focused technology vision.
- Build and execute a multi-year IT roadmap that supports business growth.
- Lead modernization efforts, including ERP transformation from legacy platforms.
- Develop and empower a high-performing IT leadership team.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience planning, and IT governance.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to understand technology needs and enhance business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related business field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in management.
- Strength in IT governance, strategy, innovation, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead organizational change.
Nice to Have
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading ERP modernization and transformation.
