ChainGPT is hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the vision, execution, and commercial success of AIVM, our AI-native Layer-1 blockchain. You will become the public face and long-term operator responsible for the project's strategic direction and growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end strategy, vision, roadmap, and market positioning for AIVM as a Layer-1 blockchain.
- Lead VC fundraising rounds (Seed, Strategic, Series A+) and manage investor relations.
- Co-lead product strategy and roadmap alongside the Product Owner, guiding decisions on validator economics, token design, SDKs, and developer tooling.
- Drive real adoption by developers, validators, AI builders, and enterprises, owning revenue generation models.
- Act as the public face of AIVM, leading the market narrative and representing the project at conferences and in media.
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performance global team across engineering, product, marketing, BD, and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as CEO, Founder, or senior executive in a Layer-1/Layer-2 blockchain, core crypto infrastructure, or high-growth Web3 protocol.
- Demonstrated success raising capital from VCs in Web3.
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, token economics, and network incentives.
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate vision into execution.
Nice to Have
- Previously led or played a key role in a well-known blockchain or crypto project.
- Recognizable track record that VCs respect and trust.
- Experience scaling from early-stage to growth.
- Strong network across Web3 VCs, founders, protocol teams, and strategic partners.

You will report to the ChainGPT Holding / Board and build and manage senior leaders across engineering, product, marketing, BD/partnerships, and operations.
