Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance
Own the firm’s technical integrity by implementing peer review systems, leading complex tax consultations, and setting firmwide quality controls. Develop and enforce standardized protocols that elevate consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all engagements.
Integration & Organizational Transformation
- Lead M&A integration with a focus on cultural alignment, leadership transition, and operational scalability
