Requirements
- Comprehensive training and certification in HVAC or Operating Engineering Technologies and/or equivalent job related training and experience
- Licenses(s) for applicable jurisdiction and equipment: DC Properties – DC 3rd Class Steam Engineer’s License, Maryland Properties- 1st Grade Stationary Engineer’s License, Virginia Properties – NIULPE 1st Class Engineer’s Certificate/VA Masters License
- SMT certification or enrollment in program
- Universal CFC certification required
- Minimum of 10 years of field experience
- Continuing education in field
- Comprehensive skills for solving technical programs
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong computer skills necessary to operate and diagnose problem associated with Building Automation Systems
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA, NEC and NFC codes and regulations

- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception
- This position interacts extensively with tenants, vendors and contractors as well as other employees within Lincoln Property Company.
- The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
