General Motors was looking for a Chevrolet Remote Dealer Contact - South Central Region

General Motors LLC is looking for a Chevrolet Remote Dealer Contact for the South Central Region to manage and engage Chevrolet dealers through remote communication. You will act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and partners, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and dealer support as we work toward a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM Partners.
  • Grow and foster partnerships.
  • Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met.
  • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities.
  • Monitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives.
  • Assist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing.
  • Analyze Dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Increase sales of GM vehicles and Accessory parts to its customers.
  • Assist in customer problem resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years in sales and customer service.
  • Able to perform well in a hybrid office environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10%) to visit dealers in person.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
