Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory landscapes
- Support audits and inspections related to regulatory compliance
- Review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Advise internal teams on regulatory implications of product changes
- Track and interpret new and changing regulations in relevant markets
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and notified bodies
- Ensure proper classification, labeling, and packaging according to regulations
- Manage regulatory databases and documentation systems
- Assist in the development of regulatory strategies for new products
- Provide input on regulatory requirements during design and development
- Support global product registrations and renewals
- Conduct gap analyses for regulatory compliance
- Prepare regulatory reports and responses to authorities
- Work with contract manufacturers to ensure compliance
