- Source passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate interest and fit
- Track sourcing metrics and report on performance regularly
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability in the nutrition sector
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach niche professionals
- Leverage Boolean search techniques to refine candidate searches
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during initial contact stages
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with attention to detail
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion goals through inclusive sourcing practices
