Vanta is hiring a Channel Manager, France [French Fluency]

Role Overview

As the first Channel Manager dedicated to France, you will shape and drive Vanta’s partner-led growth strategy in the region. You'll be responsible for expanding the customer pipeline and increasing annual recurring revenue by cultivating strong partnerships with IT service providers and sales-focused organizations. Reporting to the Partnerships team, you’ll play a central role in scaling market reach through effective partner engagement and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and grow ARR by managing and expanding a portfolio of channel partners in France
  • Strengthen relationships with current partners through training, support, and joint planning
  • Develop scalable outreach strategies to engage multiple partners simultaneously
  • Establish direct, high-impact relationships with top-tier partners across the region
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to track, manage, and close partner-driven opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of four years of experience in channel or partner management within SaaS or software
  • Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work across teams, balancing execution with strategic input
  • Demonstrated initiative and motivation in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Background in operations, including designing and improving business processes
  • Familiarity with IT service providers and the broader IT channel landscape
  • Openness to integrating AI tools into daily workflows, showing curiosity and sound judgment in their use
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term success and satisfaction

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in either our Dublin or London office, with two days remote. Standard office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, supporting consistent team collaboration while allowing flexibility.
