About the Role

This position is responsible for leading channel strategy and execution by collaborating with partners to expand market reach and increase sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners
  • Drive revenue growth through effective partner engagement
  • Create and implement channel sales strategies tailored to regional markets
  • Monitor partner performance and provide actionable feedback
  • Coordinate training and enablement programs for partners
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing partner networks
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on joint campaigns
  • Manage partner onboarding processes
  • Track sales metrics and report on channel performance
  • Ensure compliance with partner program requirements
  • Negotiate partner agreements and incentive plans
  • Support partners in resolving technical and sales challenges
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners
  • Align partner goals with company objectives
  • Promote adoption of new products and services through the channel
  • Gather market intelligence from partners to inform strategy
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners
  • Optimize channel distribution models
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
  • Represent the company at partner events and conferences
  • Ensure consistent messaging across partner touchpoints
  • Drive partner certification and accreditation efforts
  • Evaluate partner health and recommend growth initiatives
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage partner interactions
