Responsibilities
- Manage a network of distribution and reseller partners across a defined region.
- Identify and bring on new partners in alignment with indirect sales strategy.
- Equip partners with product knowledge, value messaging, and sales methodologies.
- Support marketing efforts led by distributors and partners to generate leads and grow sales pipelines.
- Work with internal teams to assist with pricing, product training, and resolution of partner issues.
- Ensure partners adhere to program rules, discount policies, and deal registration procedures.
- Monitor regional performance metrics and sales pipeline data for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or partner account roles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for partner engagement
- Proven ability to analyze data and use CRM and PRM systems effectively
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries
- Proficiency in additional European languages
