Responsibilities

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of changes.

  • Manage change requests and approvals through a structured process.
  • Support the development of change management tools and templates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance change management practices.
  • Provide expertise and advice on change management best practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align change management efforts.
  • Ensure that change management activities are aligned with organizational goals.
