What You’ll Do
- Conduct residential property inspections, including accurate measurements and on-site verification
- Prepare well-supported, defensible opinions of market value in compliance with USPAP and client standards
- Submit UAD-compliant reports using standard appraisal software platforms
- Communicate promptly with internal support teams and maintain professional interactions with property owners, agents, and lending partners
- Meet expected turnaround times without compromising analytical rigor or reporting quality
What We Require
- Active Certified Residential license in good standing
- Current E&O insurance that meets institutional lender requirements
- Proven adherence to USPAP and a track record of high-quality reporting
- Reliable transportation and standard inspection equipment
- Proficiency with common appraisal software and UAD formatting
- Strong attention to detail and consistent responsiveness
- Commitment to completing onboarding and panel setup with the firm
