United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) is looking for a CoFounder & CEO to lead the spin-out and growth of deepinvoice, a startup poised to disrupt healthcare with AI and ERP solutions. In this role, you will build upon a finished concept and existing MVP, taking full responsibility for shaping the company's future from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Identify market opportunities and detail the business case.
- Conduct fundraising and lead the spin-out process.
- Plan, structure, and execute funding rounds to finance growth.
- Define the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with investors and medical professionals.
- Conceptualize, test, substantiate, and scale the product.
- Acquire pilot customers and sell proof-of-concept projects.
- Build a network with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector.
- Build, expand, and lead the founding team.
- Develop and implement a strategy to achieve company viability.
- Continuously develop the business case and manage financial planning to ensure liquidity.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or the MedTech sector.
- An outstanding degree in a business, technical, or medical field.
- Excellent German language skills (C2 level) and negotiation-level English.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector through studies or professional work.
- An established network in AI, startup, and/or healthcare ecosystems.
- Conceptual thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
- Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and key success factors.
