About the Role
This role is responsible for processing pension plan transactions, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting operational workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming pension contributions and related documentation
- Verify data accuracy and completeness for all submissions
- Respond to inquiries from plan members and administrators
- Support audit preparation and documentation requirements
- Maintain secure and organized electronic records
- Identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and plan-specific guidelines
- Track and report on processing timelines and volumes
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements
- Monitor system alerts and resolve data exceptions
- Perform regular reconciliation of financial and membership data
- Support year-end reporting activities
- Follow established protocols for data privacy and confidentiality
- Participate in testing updates to processing systems
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary
- Maintain awareness of changes in pension regulations
- Provide input for user documentation and training materials
- Adhere to service level standards for response and resolution
- Support onboarding of new plan participants
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Utilize case management tools to track work progress
- Ensure consistent application of business rules
- Contribute to team meetings and operational reviews
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
