About the Role
The role involves building and maintaining scalable data integrations, transforming complex source data, and ensuring high data quality within the Celonis environment to support process analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage ETL workflows for diverse enterprise data sources
- Design and implement data models in Celonis Execution Management System
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business process requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues promptly
- Optimize data extraction logic for performance and scalability
- Maintain documentation for data mappings and transformation rules
- Support deployment of process mining use cases across departments
- Monitor data pipeline health and implement alerting mechanisms
- Work with SQL and other query languages to validate source data
- Integrate SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems into Celonis
- Apply data governance standards to all engineering tasks
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Contribute to data security and access control configurations
- Assist in testing and validating process mining outcomes
- Stay current with Celonis platform updates and features
- Collaborate with data analysts and business process experts
- Improve data processing efficiency through automation
- Support root cause analysis using process intelligence outputs
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
Nice to Have
- Celonis certification or project implementation experience
- Experience with Python or scripting for data automation
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures
- Exposure to DevOps practices in data projects
