Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications in production environments
- Take full ownership of features, guiding them from initial requirements to final deployment
- Work collaboratively with decentralized engineering and product teams across time zones
- Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous delivery practices
- Communicate clearly and consistently about progress, potential risks, and technical tradeoffs in a remote setting
