Responsibilities
- Drive feed haul trucks safely and productively.
- Perform equipment checks according to guidelines and notify the Supervisor of any issues.
- Drive trucks to preserve product quality and integrity.
- Exchange information—both verbally and in writing—with colleagues, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors about farm conditions and other relevant details.
- Maintain equipment and ensure trucks and work areas are clean, tidy, and organized.
- Collect each flock as instructed.
- Follow the cleaning schedule, using appropriate methods and required PPE.
- Promote a positive work atmosphere through collaborative communication and teamwork.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
