Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial motor vehicles in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Perform routine equipment inspections according to established procedures and report any defects or concerns to supervision.
- Drive trucks in a way that preserves the quality and integrity of transported materials.
- Exchange clear and timely information verbally and in writing with team members, maintenance personnel, growers, and supervisors about field conditions and operational updates.
- Keep vehicles, trailers, and workspaces clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Collect and transport assigned loads as directed by dispatch or supervision.
- Perform fueling operations and connect or disconnect fan trailers and other equipment as needed.
- Follow scheduled housekeeping routines using approved methods and required personal protective equipment.
- Support a respectful and collaborative workplace through effective communication and teamwork.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

- Work schedule includes second shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work required.
