Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Common Data Environments and information management frameworks across the Power and Renewables division.
  • Support digital transformation efforts and ongoing process enhancements within the business unit.
  • Advance the adoption of uniform digital processes and workflows across teams and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with global, corporate, and project-specific standards and client mandates.
  • Assist project teams in establishing reliable and efficient document control methods.
  • Track adherence to internal CDE policies and business unit protocols.
  • Champion consistency in file naming, data organization, and workflow design.
  • Evaluate regional document control frameworks and recommend adjustments for greater coherence and clarity.
  • Safeguard the accuracy, availability, and confidentiality of project data.
  • Partner with project teams and document controllers to implement standardized information practices aligned with internal and client expectations.
  • Deliver daily support and direction on CDE and information management procedures, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
  • Verify that all implementations follow established standards, escalating exceptions when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for document controllers, ensuring uniform application of best practices.
  • Supervise document control functions across Power and Renewables projects, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Encourage compliance with defined project standards, client specifications, and internal guidelines.
  • Advocate for strong information governance, emphasizing data quality, protection, and accountability.
  • Advise on project setup and coordinate with central CDE teams for system configuration.
  • Facilitate project onboarding by guiding teams on approved structures, processes, and standards.
  • Assist the Information Manager in delivering training and user support for digital platforms.
  • Analyze current document control practices across regions and suggest improvements for greater alignment.
  • Support the deployment and evolution of information management systems in line with corporate standards.
  • Work with the Information Manager on business-unit-wide digital and process optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with system enhancements and updates, pending approval from CDE leadership.
  • Track usage of the CDE platform and support compliance audits related to information management.
  • Help develop and refine templates, workflows, and guidance materials to meet organizational and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement across the Business Unit
  • Drive the rollout and adoption of standardised digital workflows and processes
  • Ensure alignment with international, organisational, and client-specific standards & requirements
  • Support projects in implementing consistent and efficient document control practices
  • Monitor compliance with company and Business Unit CDE standards and protocols
  • Promote standardisation of naming conventions, workflows, and data structures
  • Review the document control structure across the various P&R regions and propose changes to ensure alignment and clear structure across the Business Unit
  • Ensure the integrity, accessibility, and security of project information
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and Document Controllers to embed and maintain standardised information management and CDE practices, ensuring alignment with company and client requirements
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to project teams on CDE and Information Management processes, including responding to user queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to company standards; escalate deviations for approval
  • Act as the lead point of contact for Document Controllers within the P&R Business Unit, supporting the consistent application of standards and best practices
  • Oversee and monitor document control activities across P&R projects, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
  • Promote and support compliance with agreed project standards, client requirements, and internal procedures
  • Promote good practice in information handling, ensuring data integrity, security, and proper governance
  • Provide guidance on project environment setup and liaise with central CDE support functions for system-related configuration
  • Support onboarding of new projects by guiding teams on agreed structures, workflows, and standards
  • Support the Information Manager in delivering user training and guidance on platform usage across the P&R Business Unit
  • Review current method of implementation of document control across the various regions in the P&R Business Unit and make proposals to improve and align methods of work across the various regions
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of information management and CDE practices across the P&R Business Unit in alignment with established organisational standards
  • Collaborate with the Information Manager on business unit–level digitalisation and process improvement initiatives
  • Support system updates and upgrades (subject to CDE management team’s approval)
  • Monitor CDE platform usage and assist with information management compliance audits
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of templates, workflows, and guidance materials in alignment with organisational and client requirements
