Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients by evaluating their financial needs, preferences, and market behaviors while monitoring industry trends and competitive tactics.
- Build comprehensive profiles of target client groups, including demographic data, financial behaviors, and challenges, to customize outreach and product suggestions.
- Manage relationships with both prospective and current clients by delivering strong customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and learning about financial objectives.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of banking products’ features, advantages, risks, and compliance standards, including updates on new offerings, and convey this information clearly to meet client needs.
- Design persuasive sales presentations and proposals that highlight product value to convert prospects, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for client and institution.
- Gather and assess client feedback on products, services, and experiences to produce reports that guide product enhancements and sales planning.
- Track key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates and customer acquisition costs to evaluate effectiveness and pinpoint opportunities for optimization.
